Guiding the next generation on an easier path.
We don’t have to keep passing down pain just because we survived it.
Struggle may have shaped us—but it shouldn’t be the standard.
Life is meant to get easier the more we learn.
And I’m making sure it does.
Real problems deserve real people—people who’ve actually lived them.

  • Enhance union protections and the right to organize across all sectors, including service and gig industries.

Strengthen OSHA enforcement and expand protections to ensure safe, equitable working environments.

End union suppression and impose accountability on employers engaging in exploitative labor practices.

Advocate for robust federal labor laws. While states have regulatory authority, many fall short in worker protections. Having worked under both Illinois and Michigan labor laws, I’ve experienced the contrast—Illinois prohibits excessive consecutive workdays; Michigan does not. Federal standards must close these gaps. Labor exploitation persists across every industry, including the legal profession. All workers deserve dignity, equity, and safe conditions.

Require full financial transparency and encourage publicly funded elections.

Reject campaign contributions from corporations and billionaires to preserve integrity in public service.

  • Expand access to comprehensive, community-based mental health and substance use treatment.

End the exploitative labor practices within the prison system. Rehabilitation should empower individuals, not monetize their captivity.

  • Champion the inclusion of working-class voices in Congress.

Challenge the cycle of electing career politicians based solely on their ability to navigate established systems.

Prioritize policy development grounded in lived experience over political legacy.

Commit to empathy, transparency, and principled leadership as foundations for authentic governance.

I acknowledge that I did not grow up in poverty—my parents maintained steady incomes. However, I experienced emotional neglect, which shaped my resilience and independence. My struggles were not financial, but rooted in the absence of emotional support and guidance. I do not fabricate a narrative to fit a political archetype; my experience is real, and I carry it with me into this work.

Support the expansion of universal healthcare and mental health services.

Require full financial transparency and encourage publicly funded elections.

Reject campaign contributions from corporations and billionaires to preserve integrity in public service.
